WordPress Plugin Review – Thesis OpenHook

As you can tell The Write Start is a fan of the Thesis Theme. Being able to have extended control over the look, layout, and functionality of WordPress is what Thesis is all about. It is quite possibly the best framework to be able to make WordPress be used in any way you can imagine. With how great Thesis is, imagine if it was made even easier and given more options to be available at your fingertips? That is what the Thesis OpenHook plugin was created for.

– Instant and organized access to all of the hooks that Thesis use in order to input your own code in a straight forward interface.
– Easy access to the two main standard WordPress Hooks (wp_head() and wp_footer()).
– The ability to instantly remove or move anything that has been added by default to the hooks within Thesis.
– Easily add extra elements and debugging information to your site.
– Quick access to edit the custom.css and custom_functions.php directly from your control panel.

The ease of use. The added ease of inserting php into your code. The ability to do everything in an organized manner through the WordPress administration panel. This really is THE plugin for anyone who is using the Thesis Theme. Oh, and did I mention that unlike the theme itself that this plugin is free? For the oh so small price of 5 minutes of your time this plugin takes to install it lets you bring Thesis to the next level in ease of use.
